How to make:
  1. Pre-marinate veal (non-fat portion) in lemon juice, spices, herbs.
  2. Preheat the oven to 356-392 F, put the veal on a baking sheet, bake for 20-25 minutes. Put cauliflower, brussels sprouts and onions next to it, and bake with meat.
  3. Boil quinoa while preparing meat with vegetables. Serve the dish putting meat and vegetables on finished cereal.
