How to make:
  1. Coarsely chop broccoli, bell pepper, tomato, put the ingredients on the preheated pan, add parsley or dill, spices to taste, simmer for 2-5 minutes.
  2. Break 2 eggs, shake, and cover vegetables with the this mix. Simmer with a lid on for 5-7 minutes. Scatter with sesame seeds.
  3. Spread on the dish. Serve with a slice of whole-wheat toast.
  4. For the fruit salad cut fruits into cubes and mix.
