How to make:
- Slice the eggplant to thin pieces, cook it on the grill or pan.
- Put greens, chopped tomatoes (50 gr), cooked eggplant and potato, put tuna above everything and sprinkle with seeds. Cover with lemon juice.
- Cut remaining tomatoes, spread bread with ricotta, put tomatoes on it, serve with salad.
