  • 0.5 whole
  • Lentils
  • 0.5 cup
  • Cauliflower
  • 150 gr
  • Cashew nut
  • 40 gr
  • Feta cheese
  • 45 gr

How to make:
  1. Boil pre-soaked lentils. The weight of it when it's ready - 130 g.
  2. Add nuts to the prepared lentils (and salt/ pepper / greens to taste).
  3. Steam cauliflower / boil in the boiled water for 5 minutes, put with lentils, add feta, avocado and mix.
