How to make:
- Scramble eggs, add chopped tomato and spinach (5-8 leaves), add salt, pepper to taste, steam or cook on Teflon without oil (or with minimum oil).
- Put slices of cheese and chopped raw broccoli on the prepared scramble.
- Cut potatoes (or sweet potatoes) into slices, cover with herbs and salt, sprinkle with oil (1 tsp. for all the potatoes). Bake in the oven for 25 min at 360 °F.
