  • 280 gr

  • 1 pinch
  • Tomato
  • 1 whole
  • Mixed herbs
  • 1 tbsp
  • Broccoli
  • 50 gr
  • Gouda cheese
  • 45 gr

How to make:
  1. Scramble eggs, add chopped tomato and spinach (5-8 leaves), add salt, pepper to taste, steam or cook on Teflon without oil (or with minimum oil).
  2. Put slices of cheese and chopped raw broccoli on the prepared scramble.
  3. Cut potatoes (or sweet potatoes) into slices, cover with herbs and salt, sprinkle with oil (1 tsp. for all the potatoes). Bake in the oven for 25 min at 360 °F.
