Oat Pancakes with Berries + Yogurt

  • 1 pinch
  • Blueberry
  • 1 cup
  • Coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 2.5%, sugar-free
  • 1.3 cup
  • Oat flour
  • 0.4 cup

How to make:
  1. Drive an egg into the flour, add vanilla, start to mix tao a homogeneous mass slowly adding yogurt (150 ml) to make lump-free dough.
  2. If the dough appears to be too stiff you can add more yogurt, the aim is to make its consistency like sour cream.
  3. Add baking powder, berries and coconut flakes into the prepared dough.
  4. Bake on a minimally oiled pan or on a non-stick pan without oil.
  5. Drink remaining yogurt as dessert.
Breakfast
